Mason Fredrick Hinds, 6 of Lake City, passed away Wednesday March 10, 2021 at his residence.

He was born April 21, 2014 in Newport, AR to Van Buren Hinds, Jr. & Whitney Craig. He was a student at Riverside Elementary. He loved the outdoors and nature. He was a loving son, brother, and friend. He was of church of Christ belief.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Whitney Craig; grandmother, Sandra Craig; grandfather, Timothy Fredrick Craig; and great grandfather, Carl Taylor.

He is survived by his father, Van Buren Hinds, Jr. of Lake City; sister, Summer Dawn Hinds of Lake City; grandmother, Cindy Hinds of Lake City; grandfather, Van Buren Hinds, Sr. of Osceola; great grandmother, Lula Taylor of Walnut Ridge; uncles, Harry D. Hinds of Lake City, David W. Hinds of Piggott, & Frank Rogers of Jonesboro; and many other friends and loved ones.

Visitation will be Friday March 19, 2021 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Funeral services will follow immediately at 1:00PM at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with Don House officiating.

Burial will be in Powhatan Cemetery under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Van Buren Hinds, Jr, Harry Hinds, David W. Hinds, and Frank Rogers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dewayne "Flash" Barnes, Josh Everett, Franklin Hinds, Summer Hinds, and David William Hinds, Jr.
