Kenneth Wayne Clinton
November 24, 1936 - January 24, 2021
Kenneth Wayne Clinton, 84 of Strawberry, died at St Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro on January 24, 2021.
Wayne was born in Strawberry on November 24, 1936 to Claud & Helen Gardner Clinton. He lived in Santa Paula, California for 45 years. He retired from ABEX Aerospace Corporation in Oxnard, California and became a charter bus driver for several years.
Wayne was a member of the Lifeway Baptist Church of Santa Paula, California. He enjoyed reading and sports, especially watching the St. Louis Cardinals.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Michael Scott Clinton & Gary Wayne Clinton; brother, Gardner Clinton; sister, Louise Wright; nephew, Patrick Clinton, & Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law, Jerry(Donna) Doyle.
Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Barbara Doyle Clinton of Strawberry; brother, Pat(Carolyn) Clinton of Walnut Ridge; nephews, Ricky Davis, David Davis, Robert Clinton, & Jeremy Doyle; nieces, Denise Davis, Nancy Neisen, Julie Bethel, & Amanda Hildebrand; and numerous friends.
Visitation will be Thursday January 28, 2021 from 1:00PM-2:00PM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Lynn.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00PM at the church with Terral Neeley officiating.
Interment will be in Ward Cemetery, in Strawberry under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR.
