To reach the cemetery, Leroy Blair recommends this route: From Russell, take Highway 367 north about a mile to Brown Road . Turn left on Brown and go four/tenths of a mile to Carter Cemetery Road , then turn right. The entrance to the cemetery is about 150 feet down this road.
