Clifford Sanders 85, of Russellville, formerly of Marshall went to be with the lord Wednesday, July 18, 2012. He was born Saturday, June 11, 1927 in Searcy County, Arkansas to the late Claude and Greta Baker Sanders.
He was a retired Timber worker, and had various milling jobs. He attended the Pentecostal Church of Russellville.
He is survived by by his wife of sixty –three years Jeweldean Horton Sanders; daughter, Kathy Anderson and husband Gary of Conway; son Tommy Sanders and wife Carla, of Topsham, Maine; one sister, Mary Henson (Alvie) of Marshall; an uncle Frankie Sanders that he considered a brother; three grandchildren, Cindy Jayroe of Russellville, Shalon Sanders and Brandy Sanders both of Lisborn Falls, Maine; nine great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by three sisters, Bonnie Treat, Maxine Horton, and Madgelene Seabauer.
Services are at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 21, 2012, in the chapel of Roller- Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will follow in Marshall Memorial Gardens with Rev. Gary Anderson officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday at Roller- Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall.
