BELLA VISTA - Frederick (Fred) Ross Luallin, 62, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away at his home Aug. 30, 2017. He was born Aug. 16, 1955, in Pomona, Calif., to Herman and Arlene Luallin.

While in California, Fred worked as an EMT, a dispatcher in the City of El Centro, and as a Sheriffs reserve. Since moving to Arkansas in 1989, he has worked for Cargill, War Eagle Mill as a miller and most currently in sanitation at Rockline Industries.

Fred enjoyed kayaking, fishing, beach vacations, trips to the casino, attending his grandchildren's sporting events. Papa Fred cherished his time spent with his "bonus" grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and brother, (Carl). Fred is survived by his fiancee, Debbie Finney, stepdaughters, Missy (Chad) Sleep and Tara (Mike) McCage; brothers, Cliff (Susan) Luallin of California and David (Carla) Luallin of Iowa; three grandsons, two granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 2 at Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista. Funeral Services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Lynn Crawford officiating. Burial will be at Bentonville Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.funeralmation.com.
