When Glen Edward J Vandusen was born on August 3, 1897, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, his father, Marion, was 26 and his mother, Ida, was 25. He married Edna I Meyers on August 18, 1917, in Arkansas City, Arkansas. They had one child during their marriage. He died on September 26, 1949, in Prairie, Arkansas, at the age of 52, and was buried in his hometown.
