Joshua Lee Phillips, 29, of Rogers, AR passed away December 12, 2011. He was born on March 25, 1982 in Tulsa, OK. He attended Stuttgart High School, graduated from Osceola High School, and attended the University of Arkansas. He was employed at RockTenn in Rogers.
Josh loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, grandson and friend. He was affectionately known by his younger brothers and sisters as "Bubba Josh".
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Wallace and Jean Phillips of Fayetteville.
He is survived by his parents, Bill and Cindy Phillips of Humphrey, and Kathy Zardin of Jenks, OK; his twin brother, Jeremy Phillips and Jeremy's wife Noy, his brother Terry Phillips and Terry's son Korben, all of Rogers; sisters, Colbie and Britton Phillips and brothers Will and Rob Phillips, all of Humphrey; grandparents Jim and Nancy Smith of Rogers, Babe and Mildred Dabbs of Humphrey, and Toni Smith of Jenks, OK; as well as, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at the E. 102 Church of Christ in Bentonville at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 18.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, at Lone Tree Cemetery chapel.
