When Lloyd Edward Prine was born on July 3, 1919, in Tyler, Arkansas, his father, Charlie, was 34 and his mother, Nellie, was 25. He had two brothers and four sisters. He died on January 17, 2001, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 81, and was buried there.
