Obituary:
Phillip Wayne “Phil” Pratt, 56, of Bradford, departed this life Sunday, March 17, 2019. He was born April 19, 1962 in Searcy, Arkansas to Harvey and Peggy (Hensley) Pratt.
Phil graduated from Bradford High School in 1981 and then went on to Arkansas State University of Jonesboro and earned a degree in Social Sciences. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Phil loved studying and watching anything that had to do with History. He spent most of his life doing carpenter work. He enjoyed tinkering on wood projects such as tiny wood villages, bookshelves, windmills, and many other things. He spent a lot of time on the internet researching and learning new things. Phil loved his family and enjoyed going on vacations, especially trips to Tennessee, the beach or taking train rides.
Phil was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy (Hensley) Pratt; and step-mother, Veda Pratt.
Phil is survived by his wife, Ramona Jane (Piker) Pratt; his father, Harvey Pratt; two children, Philip Pratt and wife Savannah of Searcy and Amanda Pratt of Morrilton; three step-children, Kyle Epperson, Brandon Epperson, and Tara Stone and husband Travis all of Bradford; nine grandchildren, Laynie Croy, Tucker Brown, Racer Moore, Ashlyn Stone, Easton Stone, Gunner Stone, Oakley Stone, Kylie Epperson, and Hunter Epperson and wife Megan; two unborn grandsons, Reese Pratt and baby Pratt; one brother, Larry Pratt; five sisters, Deborah Deason and husband Tommy, Sherry Moore, Tara Rose, Darlene Holt, and Glenda Smith and husband Donnie; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 7-9 pm. Services will be held Monday, March 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Bradford Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Don Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Smith Cemetery.
