August 15, 1934 - January 4, 2014
Troy Mulligan, 79, of Camden, died, Saturday, January 4, 2014. He was an Army Veteran and member of Elliott Baptist Church. He retired after 46 years from International Paper Company.
Troy is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Nellie Madera Mulligan; and brother, Wilmar Mulligan. He is survived by his wife, Alice Ann Mulligan of Camden; daughters, Teresa Cook of Smackover and Tammie Smith and husband, Tim of Bixby, OK; four grandchildren, Jacob Cook and wife, Courtney of Smackover, Kellie Reynolds and husband, Johnathan of DeQueen; Scott Cook of Smackover; and Tracy Millerd and husband, David of Rogers; and great-grandchildren, Reagan Reynolds and Aubree Reynolds; and sister, Marjorie Parker of Hampton, AR.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, January 6, 2014 at Proctor Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
