1997 - 2010
Michael Cam "Mikey" Hartle, 13, of Bradford, died Sunday, April 4, 2010. Mikey was born February 4, 1997 in Searcy, Arkansas. He was a seventh grade student at Bald Knob Middle School where he was a member of the band and the 2009, undefeated, seventh grade Bulldogs Football Team. He had a huge thirst for knowledge and was an avid reader.
He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Hancox; a sister, Kriston Birmingham; nephew, Trent Hancox; grandmother, Lagerta Hartle; brother-in-law, James Birmingham all of Bradford also several uncles and their families and countless friends and classmates.
A celebration of Mikey's life will be held Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 until service time. Interment will follow in the Velvet Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia. Memorials can be made to the Arkansas School for the Blind. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
