When Aaron Louis R Riffe was born in 1851 in Clark, Arkansas, his father, John, was 19 and his mother, Martha, was 13. He married Mary D Riffe and they had four children together. He then married Edna Jacobs in 1908 in Phillips, Arkansas. He died on January 24, 1934, at the age of 83.
