Robert Tribble, 74, of Magnolia passed away Monday, December 31, 2018 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado.
Robert was born November 1, 1944 in Stephens. He was of the Baptist faith and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Robert was employed in the oil field support industry for many years, McCullough Oil Company, was the owner of Kat Wireline Services, was regional manager for Baker Oil Tools, Inc., B&B Oil Tools, Inc., Hydrostatic Oil Field & Testing, and was the owner of Tribble Energy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Gordon and Vivian Margaritte (Green) Tribble; and brothers Carl Tribble and Ben Tribble.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patsy (Douglas) Tribble; sons, Todd Tribble and Ty Tribble of Magnolia; grandchildren, Tyler Tribble and wife Holly of Stamps, Nicole Fields and husband W.D. and Nathan Tribble, both of Magnolia; great-grandson, Dawson Fields of Magnolia; and sisters, Diane Thompson and husband Ronnie of Sherwood and Doma Atkinson of Conway.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 2 at the Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Britt Brooks officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., in Magnolia.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 1 at the funeral home.
