Jimmy Ray Evans, age 70, of Warren, AR, died Saturday, May 13, at J.R.M.C. Born March 4, 1947, in Bradley County, AR, a son of the late J.R. "Bo" Evans and Onnie Mae Howsen Evans he was a retired logger and a Freewill Baptist. Survivors are his wife Mary Poyner Evans whom he married February 25, 1965. Three daughters Lanellia Peek and spouse Ryan, Vickie Bradley and spouse Greg all of Warren, AR, and Wendy Vance and spouse Mark of Palestine, AR. Seven grandchildren Roman Peek, Leslie Peek, Tarra Peek, Courtney Sellers and spouse Matt, Maggie Bradley, Kasey Johnston and spouse Jake, Kayla Payne. One great- grandchild Kinsley Sellers and an expected great grandchild Sailor Johnston. Graveside service was 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 15, at Pleasant Valley Cemetery with Rev. Richard Barley officiating. Active pallbearers were Greg Bradley, Ryan Peek, Mark Vance, Matt Sellers, Jake Johnston, and Roman Peek. Arrangements were by Frazer's Funeral Home.
