September 24, 1929 - December 13, 2015
Junior Shipp, 86, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015 in a local hospital.
He was born September 24, 1929 in Ozark, AR to the late Dorvin and Opal (Watson) Shipp.
He was a retired truck driver and of the Baptist Faith.
Also preceded in death by a grandson, Brent Brooks; great granddaughter, Kerstin Gilbreth; sons-in-law, Darrell Brooks and Gary Morse and one brother, Ray Shipp.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Shipp of the home; six daughters, Donna Brooks of Ozark, Barbara Vint and husband Bobby of North Little Rock, AR, Sandra Musgrove of Alma, Brenda Jeffers and husband Steve of Mulberry, Debbie Higgins and husband Dewayne of Mulberry and Robbin Styers and husband, Bryan of Van Buren, AR; one son, Craig Shipp of Mulberry; one sister, Velma Johnson of Cole Hill; 13 grandchildren, Gwendi, Charity, Shay, Kimberly, Stephanie, Tara, Casey, Jacy, Macy, Meagan, Bailey, Whitley and Chase; 25 great grandchildren
Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 16th, 2015, 2:00pm at Ocker Funeral Home in Alma with burial at New Cemetery.
