The two graves of twins of William Edwin and Hattie Melinda Cornell Tucker born and died in 1884 are enclosed inside a rocked up pen and are the only graves in this small cemetery. The cemetery is just a few feet east of the old Martin Springs School in a wooded area, but can not be seen from the school building because of the dense growth.
