November 11, 1941 - October 28, 1973
Herman Neal Hopkins, 31, of Rt. 2 Bearden, was found dead Saturday in his truck near Little Rock. He was a truck driver for the Bearden Lumber Company. Mr. Hopkins is survived by his wife, Mrs. Linda Sue Lindsey Hopkins; a son, Bryan Neal Hopkins, of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John R. Hopkins, two brothers, David and Jimmy Hopkins, all of Bearden, and a sister, Mrs. Marilyn Brasher of Sparkman. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Bearden Assembly of God Church, where he was a member. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery by Proctors. (Camden News - October 29, 1973)
