Russell Copeland, age 55, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at White County Medical Center in Searcy, Arkansas. Russell was born on September 23, 1961, the only child of Ellis (known by ''Duck'' by friends and family) and Madge (Passmore) Copeland. He grew up in Marianna and after graduation from high school attended college. Russell loved the Beatles and loved to talk about them.
Russell is survived by two aunts, Rose Gray and Betty Sisk of Perryville, as well as a number of cousins.
Russell was preceded in death by his parents. Ellis ''Duck'' and Madge (Passmore) Copeland as well as a special cousin, Von Dean Jeffery of Mountain View who helped care for him until his death in 2009.
Russell will be interred at Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna, Arkansas.
