Barbour "Bob" Lane Hicks
Barbour Lane "Bob" Hicks, 80, of Flippin passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016 in Mountain Home. He was born on August 10, 1935 in Cedar Lane, Texas to the late Sam and Grace (Hollis) Hicks. He was an Army veteran and of the Baptist faith.
Bob is survived by two daughters, Lucy Badeaux of Baytown, Texas and Doris Ann Hicks of Dayton, Texas; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth and Preston Hicks.
A funeral service will take place on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 2 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Yellville with Bro. Jack Jefferson officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at the church. A burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
Conner Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
