April 11, 1851 - December 23, 1934
Mrs. Amanda McRee (sic), aged 84, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Payne, on route 1, Louann, at 5 a.m. Sunday. She had been ill for some time. Besides her daughter, Mrs. Payne, she is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Onie Mayfield of Monett, Ark. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Liberty cemetery with Harvey W. Riggs of Camden officiating. (Camden Times - December 26, 1935)
