William J. "Bill" Phelps, 58, of Conway, AR., passed away Thursday, December 27, 2007 at his home.
He was born May 20, 1949, in Conway, AR., to the late William Joseph Phelps and Virginia Sue (Johnson) Adams.
He was a former teacher, a musician and was saved.
Survivors include two sons, Joey Phelps and wife Treva of Little Rock and Michael Phelps of Los Angeles, California; two granddaughters, Lauren and Lexi Phelps of Little Rock; and a brother, Joe Frank Phelps and wife Anne of Boone, North Carolina.
Funeral services were held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Interment was at Oak Grove Cemetery.
