Nancy (Nan) A. Westmoreland, 100 years of age, of Texarkana, Arkansas died Tuesday August 21, 2007 in a local hospital. Miss Westmoreland was born on October 4, 1906, in Magazine, Arkansas. She was a retried social worker with U.S. Public Health. Miss Westmoreland was an active member of P.E.O. and Beech Street First Baptist Church; she was also a former member of Conway First Baptist Church.
Miss Westmoreland was preceded in death by her mother and father Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Westmoreland, sister Winnie Landers, brothers Priddy and Gordon Westmoreland. Survivors included one sister Mrs. Helen Click of Texarkana, Arkansas, nephew's Nelson Westmorland and wife Barbara of Dolores, Colorado, Scott Westmoreland and wife Suzanne of Mission Viejo, California, Bobby Click and wife Barbara of Texarkana, Arkansas, Nieces Mary Jane Zismann of San Francisco, California, Carol Sanderson and husband Alex of Texarkana Arkansas, and a host of great nieces and nephew's
Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 25, at Oak Grove Cemetery, Conway with Dr. R. Dale Wicker of First Baptist Church Of Conway, officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral home of Conway.
