PIAZZA, Angelo - From near Tontitown Tuesday afternoon comes the story of an unusual accident that resulted fatally for Angelo Piazza who was assisting in the operating of a tractor at the farm of Guy Baker, two miles north of Tontitown. The tractor belt broke and wrapped itself around his neck, severing the jugular vein. Piazza leaves a wife and two children.
