Perry Kenneth "Doc" DeFee, 59 of El Dorado, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014. Kenneth was born May 9, 1955 to the late Perry and Myrtle DeFee. He is also preceded in death by a son, Jimbo Alphin.
Kenneth was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. He loved hunting and fishing. He was an excellent knife craftsman. He loved his family and friends more than anything. He is survived by wife Debra DeFee; children Alicia McCarty and husband Jamie and Jason Alphin; grandchildren Summer Alphin, Destany Bradley, Britney Alphin, Lauren Alphin, Dakota McCarty; sister JoAnn Graves and her husband Roney; brother-in-law Dennis Spriggs and wife Sheilia; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral service will be 11:00 am Friday, July 18, 2014, at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Steve Pelz officiating.
