James Edward Jones, age 67, of Manning, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Hot Springs. He was born January 2, 1946, in Pine Bluff, the son of the late Aubrey Jim and Edna Ruth Reynolds Jones. James was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by one infant sister. James is survived by his wife Judy Kay Ezell Jones, one son, Robert Earl (Sherry) Jones of Manning, two daughters, Donna Kay (Alan) Wright, and Audrey Samantha (Charles) Bivens both of Arkadelphia, three brothers, Aubrey Earl Jones and Tommy Lyn (Shirley) Jones both of Sparkman, and Carl Junior (Beverly) Jones of Yuma, AZ, five grandchildren, Kayce Teague of Kansas City, MO, Justin Kyle Jones of Harrisburg, AR, Katlyn and Gregory Jones of Caddo Valley, and Corey McClure of Arkadelphia. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia with Robert Hudgins officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time on Saturday. Final arrangements are entrusted to The Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
