Van Alton Clark, 60, of Holland died Thursday November 23, 2006. He was born April 27, 1946 in Holland to Mary Nell Glover Clark and the late James Paul Clark.

Mr. Clark was a retired truck driver for Garrison Motor Freight and Jones Heavy Hauling. Van loved fixing anything that had a motor in it, but his greatest passions were country music, horses and western movies.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Paul Clark; and brother, Keith Norman Clark.

Survivors are his children, Shanell Hairston and her husband Stacy of Conway, Sonja Howell and her husband Andy of Greenbrier, Christy Lockard of Cabot, Jessica Clark of Boise, Idaho, Eric Clark of Boise, Idaho; mother, Mary Clark of Vilonia; grand-children, Kenzie, Samantha, Catie and Sara Shaw, Ginny Thornton, Jordan Lockard-Golden, Hunter Kirkendoll; sisters, Kathy Braun and her husband Bill of Vilonia, Marilyn Clifton of Greenbrier; nephews, Jimmy Don Miller and wife Erica of Wooster, Rocky Brown of Holland, Hunter Clifton of Greenbrier; nieces, Heather Brown of Dayton, OH, Candace Clifton of Conway.

Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 4, 2006 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home , Greenbrier with Brother Brady McCarley officiating.

Visitation will be 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

A time of celebration will be 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the home of Kathy Braun.
