QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. — Tim Kovach, 42, of Queen Creek, Ariz., died Aug. 20, 2010.
He was born Feb. 24, 1968, at Fort Hood, Texas, the son of Leslie and Melva France Kovach. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jan Kovach.
He was a maintenance specialist for SRP in Phoenix, Ariz., and a certified diver, receiving his certificate in the Virgin Islands. He was an avid Harley-Davidson fan. He was also a graduate of Choctaw School in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
He is survived by his mother, Melva France Kovach of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; his father, Leslie Kovach of Fort Walton Beach, Fla; and two beloved pets, Misty and Jackie.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at Sunset Cemetery in Winslow, Ark., under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
