Gary was the infant son of Daniel Ray and Maria Elois(Knapp) Chalk of quitman. He was born in the Central Arkansas General Hospital in Searcy. He died the same day.
Grandparents are : Earl and Betty Chalk and Mr and Mrs Jesse Knapp
