Jack LaVelle Barry, III, 22, of El Dorado, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012, at his residence. He was born February 25, 1990, to Jack LaVelle Barry, Jr. and Connie Ware Barry in El Dorado.
Jack worked as a machine operator for Union County and was a member of East Main Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Leo Ware, and Jack and Jody Barry; and his cousins, Elizabeth Barry and Seth Barry.
Survivors include his father, Jack LaVelle Barry, Jr.; mother, Connie Ware Barry; brother, Justin Ware Barry; grandmother, Jessie Jolley Ware; great grandmother, Thelma Jolley all of El Dorado; aunts and uncles, Straw and Pete Soffronoff of Murrysville, PA, Josie Barry of Batesville, AR, Ted and Dinah Barry of El Dorado; Cindy and Bill Mitchell of Waxahachie, TX, Joe and Jenny Ware of Emerson, AR; and cousins, Strachelle and Andrew Wyns of New Paltz, NY, Landra Soffronoff of Plum, PA, Cesny Soffronoff of Mobile, AL, Jenny and Daniel Beck of Little Rock, AR, Stacy and Cory Williams of Pleasant Plains, AR, Joel and Kayla Rogers of Little Rock, AR, Hillary and Derek Zandt of Waxahachie,TX, Holly and Chris Oliver of Waxahachie, TX, Clark Mitchell of Waxahachie, TX, Ryan Ware of Destin, FL, Whitney Ware of Emerson, AR, and Luke Ware of Magnolia, AR.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, at Young's.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. December 6, at East Main Baptist Church with Rev. Benjy McCann officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
Serving as pallbearers are Justin Barry, Jackson Compton, Robert Alexander, Daniel Robins, Jacob Camell, and Harry Ginger. Honorary pallbearers are Clark Mitchell, Ryan Ware, Luke Ware, Joel Rogers, Greg Thomas, John Clay Scott, Jeff Demming, Seth Bradham, Ben Owens, Reeves Alwine, Kyle Slaughter, Jared Gates, Jay Marshall and Hunter Klippert.
