September 5, 1922 - October 13, 1977
S. C. Daily, 55, of Chidester, died Thursday. He was the owner of the Daily Saw Shop in Chidester and a Methodist. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Proctors Funeral Chapel with burial in the Missouri Cemetery near Chidester. He is survived by two brothers, Arlie Daily of Shreveport, La., and John Daily, Jr. of Chidester; and four sisters, Mrs. Catherine Roll of Chidester, Mrs. Murtis Owen of Smackover, Mrs. Nelda Green of Bernice, La., and Mrs. Murtie Wilson of Hooks, Tex. (October 17, 1977)
