Jerry T. Montgomery, 61, of Greenbrier, went home to his Lord on Saturday, April 11, 2009. He was born on Saturday, January 31, 1948 in Guy, AR to the late W. L. and Kines (Glover) Montgomery.
Mr. Montgomery was a fun-loving, big-hearted, and caring man. He was of the Church of Christ faith.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jo Carrol (Quattlebaum) Montgomery; one daughter, Shonana Montgomery; and five brothers, Roy Montgomery, Rickey Montgomery, Robert Montgomery, Fay Montgomery, and Jim Montgomery.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray Montgomery, Alton Montgomery, and Farrell Montgomery.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway. Burial will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery with Tommy Everrett, Tommy Dycus, Richard Sharrock, Buddy Mabry, Tommy Stevenson, and Buddy Traylor, serving as pallbearers and Ronnie Mobbs, serving as an honorary pallbearer. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Monday, April 13, 2009.
