Obituary
George Carl McNabb, age 80, of Little Rock died Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Born on May 3, 1928 at Greenbrier, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Charles Louis McNabb and Viola Cotton McNabb.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Nell McNabb and Jo Ann Grissom and a brother, John McNabb.
He is survived by his wife, Laverne McClure McNabb; two daughters, Nioka McNabb and Georgia McNabb both of Little Rock; two sisters, Iva Purtee of North Carolina and Frances Chamberlain of Oklahoma; and three brothers, Bill McNabb of Texas, Louis McNabb and Luther McNabb both of Greenbrier.
The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m, Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel (501)224-8300. Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. at Thorn Cemetery in Greenbrier.
