DECATUR — Dalmer "Lefty" Neil Daharsh, 79, of Decatur died Jan. 14, 2011, at Ashley Health Center in Rogers. He was born March 17, 1931, in Emporia, Kan., to Chester Eckdall and Lula Hassman Daharsh.
He was a hatchery manager for Peterson Industries, worked at Bevers Hardware in Gentry and Buy-Right Hardware in Decatur, and served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; two sons, Mike Daharsh and wife Lynette and Steve Daharsh and wife Kristi, all of Rogers; a brother; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren: and a great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Falling Springs Church in Decatur.
Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery in Decatur.
