FAYETTEVILLE — Wayne A. Glass Sr., 71, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, in Fayetteville. He was born Dec. 1, 1940, in Greenwood, Ark., the son of William Allen and Oleta Martin Glass. He liked to hunt and fish and was an avid gardener.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Glass; four sons, Wesley Glass, William Glass and Anthony "Tony" Glass, all of the home, Wayne "Sandy" Glass Jr. and partner, Mark McMillan, of Melbourne, Australia; a daughter, Kimberly Armagost and her husband, David, of St. Joseph, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Darla Litterell and her husband, Darren, of Huntsville; a stepson, Eric Clark and his wife, Charla, of Fayetteville; a sister, Mary Nell Pettypool and her husband, Melvin, of Syracuse, Utah; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a cousin, Charles Glass and his wife, Betty, of Fayetteville.
Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Moore's Chapel, with the Rev. Loyd Thomas officiating.
