Ralph L. Mack, Jr., passed away from this life, August 29, 2014 in Conway, AR. He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his wife of 55 years, Janis Mack, sons, David W. Mack (Mary) of Conway and Rev. Roy G. Mack (April) of Warren, Ohio, granddaughters, Alison Mack Grooms (Josh), Ashle Mack Potter (Zack), Amelia Mack, Alivia Mack, and Angie Harness. Grandsons, Kaleb Mack (Kristina), Donnie Gilliam, and nine great-grandchildren.

Ralph was born June 29, 1939 in Lemon, SD to the late Ralph Leroy Mack, Sr. and Zoe B. Armstrong Mack. Ralph was preceded in death in addition to his parents by his sister, Claudia Hancock.

In addition to several business ventures, including Mack Realty, Ralph co-owned with wife Janis, Pickles Gap Village, which they've owned since 1985. Ralph was a graduate of Greenbrier High School, Greenbrier, Arkansas. He was a member of the Arkansas National Guard and is of the Baptist Faith. Ralph was an avid fisherman and hunter, knife maker and collector, and enjoyed taking care of the flowers at Pickles Gap Village. He was an excellent chef, who enjoyed cooking at Pickles Gap Village and family gatherings. Ralph loved spending time with friends and family, especially with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his wife and sons, Ralph leaves behind sisters, Lavonne Patterson of North Little Rock, Sharon Dillard of Nashville, TN, and Valerie LaGrone (George) of Cabot, AR, and one brother, Larry Mack (Jackie) of Cherokee Village, AR.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday September 3, 2014 with a Memorial Celebration of Ralph's life to follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church, with Rev. Roy G. Mack officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are Terry Howard, Junior Cliff, Shane Dunn, David Pyron, J.T. Phillips, Jerry Humbrecht, Melvin Standridge, Gary Harrington, Dennis Havner, Joel Bradford, and Mike Nevens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Cemetery Association: Bethlehem Baptist Church, 505 Hwy 225 W, Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058.
