George M. Dickinson, 61 of the Harmony Grove Community, died Tuesday in a veteran's hospital in Little Rock. He was a carpenter and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Garrett Dickinson; four sons, Edwin, Stephen and James Dickinson all of Camden, and Billy Dickinson of Killeen, Texas; five daughters, Mrs. Sue Walker of Baton Rouge, La., Misses Patricia Ann, Beverly Kay, Sandra and Brenda Fay Dickinson all of Camden; four brothers, Clark Dickinson of Springfield, Mo., Lloyd and Paul Dickinson of Walnut Grove, Mo., and Fred Dickinson of Avanelle, California; three sisters, Mrs. Lorene Bagley of Springfield, Mo., Mrs. Mildred McKinney of Omaha, Nebraska and Mrs. Mamie Wheeler of New Mexico, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Bethesda Cemetery. (Camden News - December 29, 1971)
