Lillie Lee, 96, of Fort Smith died Wednesday, April 16, 2003, in Fort Smith. She was the former owner operator of Lee's Glove Cleaning and the 22 Cafe. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Order of Eastern Star, where she once served as Worthy Grand Matron, the Order to Amaranth and the Woodmen of the World Ladies Circle. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church Roebuck Chapel with burial at Barling City Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith. She is survived by four daughters, Grace Harvey and Rosemary Chamberlain, both of Fort Smith, Betty Owens of Fairfield Bay and Wynona Rowley of Little Rock; two sons, Jack Lee of Fort Smith and Ray Lee of Pleasant Hill, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Gary Reynolds, Heath Chamberlain, Lee Carter, Phillip Young, Jerry Carter and Sid Rowley. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church Building Fund, 200 N. 15th St., Fort Smith, AR 72901 or Alzheimer's Association, 322 N. Greenwood, Fort Smith, AR 72901.
