He was a native of Creston, Iowa, and a retired journeyman for Jan Taylor Plumbing and Heating. Survivors are wife, Mary, daughters, Tammy Wise, Jerri Linson and sons Billy Dobbins and Preston Kerr, brother Larry Kerr and sister Dixie Hill.
