Joyce Ann Sherman, 64, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at her home. Ms. Sherman was born December 3, 1948 at Helena to the late Buford Murray Burns and Maudine Standard Burns. She was a member of Twin City Church of Christ.
She is survived by a son, John Burns (Nikki) of Marion, Arkansas; two daughters, Nikki Reynolds (Randy) of West Helena and Stacey Murphy (Clyde) of Wheatley, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren; and her mother, Maudine Burns of Helena.
She was preceded in death by her father, Buford Murray Burns and by a brother, John Burns, Sr.
Services for Joyce Sherman will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2013 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 2-3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park at West Helena. Brother Bobby Baker and Brother Curtis Pettie will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Ms. Sherman’s grandsons.
