Loyce Price Quattlebaum, 78, of Greenbrier, passed away, Saturday, April 8, 2006, at Conway Regional Medical Center.

Born September 17, 1927, in Guy, a son of the late Novie Quattlebaum and Vaudie Montgomery, he served as a corporal in the Army during the Korean Conflict, was a retired contractor, and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Inez Beard Quattlebaum; a daughter, Vicky Allen and husband Jeff of Republic, MO; a son, Ricky Quattlebaum and wife Tammy of Benton; three grandchildren, Madelyne Allen, Kyle Allen, and Benjamin Quattlebaum; three sisters, Wanda Malone of Sherwood, Carolyn Harris of Lancaster, CA, and Hazel Thompson of Little Rock; and a brother-in-law, Major Blucker of Jacksonville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Marie Blucker, Eva Mansfield, and Gretchen Stratton, and one brother, Doyce Quattlebaum.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 10, at 2:00 p.m. at Copperas Springs Cemetery in Guy with Rev. Gaylon King officiating.

Visitation is Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier.
