Sean Addison Vaughan, five-month-old infant son of Dale and Rita Sizemore Vaughan of Springdale, died June 25 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born Jan. 18, 1973 in Kansas City, Mo.
Survivors, in addition to the parents, are a brother, Eddie Dwayne and a sister, Leslie, both of the home; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Vaughan Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Otis Sizemore, all or Springdale; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Vaughan Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Otis Sizemore, all of Springdale: great-grand-parents, Mrs. N. R. Vaughan of Springdale and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Smith of Richmond, Mo.; and his great-great-grandmother, Mrs, Nora Wolf, also of Springdale.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p. m. Thursday in the chapel of Nelson's Funeral Home with burial in Morris Cemetery near Hindsville.
