Located approximately six and one half miles north of Cominto in woods. (Sheriff David) Hyatt states that the story is told of a Stephenson family that died in a house fire around 1870. Three or four children and the parents are buried here with possibly one marker left.
Excerpt concerning this cemetery from "Drew County, Arkansas Cemetery Records, By: Drew County Extension Homemakers Council":
"At the close of this project, the committee was given the following name and dates: Wm. O. Stephenson, Born 12-28-1823, Died 7-24-1856. This information was recorded by a logger several years ago and given to Dorothy Myer Lowe. The logger stated that the one big marker was still standing and looked like several more graves were close by, all unmarked. Reference: Dorothy Myer Lowe"
