Victor Besancon
Ashby Funeral Home online obituary: Mr. Victor George Besancon, age 95 of Benton died Saturday in Hot Springs. He was born January 16, 1912, in Collegeville, Arkansas, to the late Charles and Louise Besancon. Mr. Besancon was a retired pipe fitter for Reynolds and a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Avilla. He was preceded in death also by a son, Victor Besancon Jr., brother, Louis C. Besancon and two sisters, Louise Jennings and Marie Kling. Survivors, wife, Lula Bell [Wray] Besancon, Benton; son, Louis W. Besancon and his wife Marilynn; daughters, Sherry Galatas and her husband Mel and Sondra Ralph.
